Human Resources Manager

Our manufacturing client in Doral, FL is seeking a full-time & bilingual Human Resources Manager to join through growing team! MUST HAVE: 

  • 5+ years of HR experience 
  • 2+ years of HR Management experience 
  • Bilingual: Spanish & English (fluent) 
  • Creating & implementing new policies 
  • Strong employee relations experience 
  • Experience with unemployment and EEO claims 
  • Individual contributor HR management experience 
  • HRBP background (not generalist) 

 

NICE TO HAVE: 

  • SHRM or PHR
  • 10+ years in HR 
  • Manufacturing environment 
  • Experience with Paycom

 

DAY TO DAY: 

The HR Manager will not be responsible for any direct reports at this time and will report directly into the GM, indirectly into the Sr. Director of HR, and work closely with them and the TA Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for the following HR duties; employee relations, new hire onboarding, implementing & creating new policies when necessary, disciplinary action, company culture, and a general liaison for benefits and payroll for a 130 person site(s). Our client is seeking someone who is independent, passionate, not afraid to hold others accountable, strategic and extremely proactive. This role has the potential to work 1 day remote/week after the first 90 days.
