Talent Acquisition Specialist Onsite Boca Raton FLA

As Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be instrumental in the development and execution of the talent acquisition strategy across our US market. The Talent Acquisition advisor is a hands-on position responsible for ensuring a seamless and pleasant candidate experience. As the front line of communication to candidates, the Talent Acquisition Advisor must be a prime example of our culture. The Talent Acquisition Advisor will work closely with corporate and retail management to fill requisitions and implement a consistent candidate experience. 

Responsibilities

 

  • Ensure an exceptional client experience from initial contact to onboarding
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to assess department needs and create job descriptions
  • Directly source candidates for Retail and Corporate
  • Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews
  • Coordinate interviews and create interview schedules
  • Onboard new employees (pre-employment checks, offer letters, new hire paperwork)
  • Develop strong candidate pipelines and talent pools
  • Maintain social media and job posts on LinkedIn and Indeed
  • Serve as admin to Application Tracking System
  • Provide support and recommendations to Hiring Managers based on talent strategies
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to forecast potential needs
  • Train Hiring Managers and Supervisors on interviewing and recruitment
  • Create interviewing guidelines for on-going development
  • Create and maintain interview process to include HR and Hiring Managers
  • Partner with L & D in the development of e-learning modules on recruitment, employment laws and interviewing
  • Maintain weekly updates on recruitment status of all open positions
  • Prepare monthly, quartering and annual reports in regards to recruitment
  • Compose weekly announcement of new employees joining the Company
  • Coordinate timely correspondence with all applicants along every stage of the interview process
  • Work with Senior Management to develop and maintain relocation process
  • Work with L & D to ensure a smooth transition from on-boarding to induction
  • Research and understand employment laws based on State/City requirements
  • Other projects and responsibilities as assigned

 

Essential Skills & Experience

 

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience creating and maintaining recruitment processes
  • Excellent standard of communication – both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of legal requirements impacting on recruitment
  • Broad range of recruitment and selection techniques and methods
  • Understanding of HR processes
  • Understanding of company culture, and structures and their effects on the business
  • Understanding of principles of team management and leadership
  • Able to coach and influence a wide range of recruiting managers

 

 

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

 

  • Management experience preferred

  • Solution oriented mindset
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
