You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent to meet the current and future needs of the company. Will have end-to-end responsibility for the recruiting process and maintain a deep and current knowledge of the talent market and industry trends in their assigned function.
Responsibilities • Participate in the management of full-cycle recruitment efforts including but not limited to: sourcing and headhunting top talents, posting jobs, resume screening, interviewing and candidate tracking on our ATS •High proficiency w/ recruiting resources such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, etc.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job hierarchy and the skills and requirements essential to effectively identifying, recruiting (aka headhunting) and hiring the best talents • Support Onboarding & Offboarding processes of employees as part of their org lifecycle • Manage administrative duties • Collaborate with other internal Recruitment Specialists to assist employees with any HR related queries • Meet weekly metrics and quarterly budget goals
Requirements • Experience sourcing and recruiting for IT roles • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field a plus • Willing to work in a hybrid environment • Understanding of technology recruitment or the willingness to learn • Demonstrated ability to maintain candidate control, pre-close and close candidates on unique opportunities
